MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS
REAR WHEEL REASSEMBLY
n Ensure the cush rubbers are in
place in the wheel hub.
n Insert the wheel assembly
between the swing arms and
position the cush rubbers on the
rear sprocket lugs correctly.
n Remove the spacer between the
brake pads and locate the caliper
such that the brake disc is
between the brake pads.
n Locate the caliper bracket slot on the lug in the swing
arm.
n
Position the respective spacers on the left and right
side of the wheel hub.
n Ensure the axle mounting hole in the swing arm, wheel
hub and caliper bracket are aligned.
n Insert the wheel axle from the left side of the swing
arm and gently tap it in.
