DON’TS
DO NOT RELEASE the brake lever / pedal when
pulsations are felt during hard application of the
brakes in an emergency situation. The pulsations
only indicate that the ABS is activated.
DO’S
n
While starting the engine do check the ABS indicator comes
“ON” and switches “OFF” when the vehicle speed exceeds
5 kmph (3.1 mph).
n
Please check the brake fluid at “MAX” level in the front and
rear brake master cylinders and there is no leak in the brakes
systems.
n
Apply both the brakes simultaneously for better efficiency
while braking.
n
In the event of the ABS indicator remaining continuously “ON”
please take the motorcycle to a nearest authorised Royal
Enfield service station to inspect the brakes system control
of the vehicle.
n
ABS switch need to activate only on vehicle static condition.

Don’t try to activate switchable ABS on vehicle
