MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS
Royal Enfield Himalayan
n Remove the spacer
placed between the
brake pads.
n Locate wheel speed
sensor lugs on the hub
slot carefully.
n
Position the wheel along with RH side Spacer & Disc
side spacer on left side between the front fork legs,
ensuring the brake disc is located between the brake
pads.
OR
(Follow below procedure
if vehicle have a wheel
speed sensor assembly).
Position wheel along
with wheel speed sensor
and spacer on left side
between the front fork
legs, ensuring the brake
disc is located between
the brake pads.
n Insert wheel spindle
from right fork end.
n Ensure the position of
RH side Spacer & Disc
