GEAR SHIFTING, RIDING & STOPPING
NOTE
Always start the engine with gear in neutral position.
Always move the motorcycle in first gear position only.
The motorcycle may begin to slow down and show lack of
power while climbing steep hills. In that case, you should
shift to a lower gear so that engine will be operating in
normal power range which will prevent the motorcycle
from losing momentum. The engine may be used for
braking by shifting to a lower gear while riding down to
steep hill.

Lift gear lever with toe to engage 2nd and subsequent
gears.
