Setting up the Folding system
4.1
Room conditions
The following prerequisites must be ensured before setting up the
Folding system:
- There must be sufficient free space next to the Folding system
so that the Folding system is accessible from all sides.
- We recommend setting up the Folding system in an area as
free of vibrations as possible (for example, not next to a large
die cutting machine).
- The relative humidity should be between 30 and 75%.
- Keep the Folding system dry.
Circuit breakers
- Protect the Folding system with10 A circuit breakers.
Assembly and start-up
- A VDE-inspected grounded receptacle near the Folding system
is to be used exclusively for the connection.
- Check in advance to ensure that the line voltage matches the
rated voltage listed on the rating plate. The rating plate is
located at the lower left on the rear of the Folding system.
- In addition please note:
- If the device is connected to an extension cable / multiple
socket outlet, the total amps of the devices connected to the
extension cable / multiple socket outlet may not exceed the
cable capacity. The wall socket may not be loaded with more
than 10A.
- The line power connection must be easily accessible and
hazard-free.
- The line power connection may not hinder access to the
Folding system.
- No objects may be placed on the line power cable. Ensure
that no one accidentally steps on the cable.
- Device components should not be forcefully inserted or
removed.
