2.3.2 Event Log
When the event log option is selected a screen is displayed
showing the list of event logs. The most recent event is
listed at the top.
The following screen displays an example of a list of event
logs.
The list displays the name of the event along with the date
that the event occurred. The event is also colour
coordinated to determine the severity of the event as
follows:
Green
-
no issue
Blue -
notification
Orange -
alarm
Red -
fault
To view the details of the event log, the required option
should be selected. An example of an event log is displayed
below.
This event log indicates that there was a command signal
fault with details as follows:
Type (read-only)
The type of the event.
Event (read-only)
The event that occurred.
Date (read-only)
The date that the event occurred.
Time (read-only)
The time that the event occurred.
Duration (read-only)
How long the event lasted. Note if the event is still active
when being viewed in the event log it will display “Active”.
Occurrence (read-only)
The number of times the event has occurred.
The title of the log indicates the number of the event log.
Log 1 indicates the last event to occur, Log 2 the previous
event to occur etc.
NOTE: The maximum number of event logs that can be
recorded is 3999. Once the maximum number has been
reached the log will cycle around and overwrite the oldest
log. Therefore the event log will only be able to record and
display the last 3999 events.
