2.1.2.1 System Inputs
A system input is any digital signal that is used as an input to
the controller functions.
A system input can be linked to a digital input or isolated
input. In this case the status of the input will be driven from
the physical input and cannot be changed by the user.
If the input is not linked then the status of the input can be
changed manually or via a communication channel.
The following screen displays the available options for each
system input.
Name (read-only)
The name of the system input.
Current Status
Indicates whether the status of the system input is currently
Active or Off.
Active
–
The system input is active meaning that it is
calling the function described by the system input name.
Off
–
The system input is off meaning that it is not calling
the function described by the system input name.
2.1.2.2 System Outputs
A system output is any digital signal that is created as an
output from the controller functions.
A system output can be linked to a digital output or relay
output and the system signal will be automatically mapped
to the physical output.
A system output status can also be viewed via a
communication channel.
Name (read-only)
The name of the system output.
Current Status
Indicates whether the status of the system output is
currently Active or Off.
Active
–
The system output is active meaning that the
action described by the name is true. If linked to a
physical output, if the contact is N/C the physical output
will be low, if the contact is N/O the physical output will
be high.
Off
–
The system output is off meaning that the action
described by the name is false. If linked to a physical
output, if the contact is N/C the physical output will be
high, if the contact is N/O the physical output will be low.
