WARNING: do not operate the slicer if there is no product placed on the food holder.

After proceeding, always set thickness control knob back to position 0

Press power button to switch off the machine
REMARK: if the food carriage doesn't slide smoothly anymore, lay the device on its side
and clean the sliding rod with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly and lubricate with
Vaseline.
