To return to the Home menu
1.
Open the RCP-NKM editor for the remote control panel that is not responding (see “

Scroll to the

frame.

Return to Home Menu
check box.

Send the current document to the device by clicking
Send Configuration
located on the lower Device

The RCP-NKM returns to the
Home
menu.
Loading Factory Defaults
If you need to return the RCP-NKM to a known configuration, you can use DashBoard to load the factory defaults.
To load the factory defaults
1.
Open the RCP-NKM editor for the remote control panel that needs factory defaults loaded (see “

Select the
Configuration
tab.
3.
Scroll to the bottom of the
Configuration
tab.
4.
Select the
Load Factory Defaults
check box.
5.
Send the current document to the device by clicking
Send Configuration
located on the lower Device
Configuration window (see “
Sending a Document to a Device
The factory defaults are loaded.
Saving the Current Document for the RCP-NKM
The parameters that you have set up on the device tab for an RCP-NKM are stored in a configuration document.
When you have finished making changes to the configuration of the RCP-NKM, you should save the document,
then add the location of this document to the
File Explorer
pane so that you can open it later.
Saving a New Document
To save a new document
1.
Select the device tab containing the document that you want to save.
2.
In DashBoard, right-click the device in the Device Tree.
3.
Click
Save As...
.
4.
Navigate to the folder in which you want to save the configuration document.
5.
Click
Save
.
Adding a Directory to File Explorer
To add the document location to the File Explorer pane
1.
Right-click on
in the
File Explorer
pane.
2.
Click
Add Directory...
3.
Navigate to the folder in which you saved the configuration document.
4.

Add
.
