7. General information and warranty
This item is covered by the statutory warranty. The warranty
pertains to product defects resulting from a material and/or
manufacturing fault.
The statutory warranty period starts from the date shown on the
invoice/receipt. Please keep your invoice/receipt in a safe place
for proof of warranty.
We accept no liability for damage to RÖSLE products
resulting from any of the following:

for product defects resulting from transport damage
for which we are not responsible

for defects resulting from improper, unintended or negligent use
3
for all parts subject to natural or normal wear
3
for typical signs of use
3
for defects, resulting from weather-related, chemical,
physical, electrochemical or electrical effects
3
for defects resulting from failure to observe the
specifications and manufacturer’s instructions on product
handling, maintenance, cleaning and care
3
improper repairs
3
installation of spare parts and accessories which do not
correspond
