Do not operate without doors and covers secure. Servicing requires access to
live parts which can cause death or serious injury. Refer servicing to qualified
personnel.
Ultraviolet light from the source lamp can cause permanent eye damage. Do not
look at the UV source for prolonged periods. Use of UV filtering glasses is
recommended.
6.1 CELL REMOVAL, CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT
If the sampling system should break down or moisture, solids or other contaminates
are introduced, cell will require cleaning.

LEANING
1. Disconnect power to the analyzer.
2. Pull the chassis out of the analyzer case and locate the optical bench. See Figures
6-1 and 6-2.
3. Refer to Figure 6-1. Remove block A. Remove the cell
Note
The cell interior is glass. Handle the cell with caution to avoid damaging or
breaking it.
4. Note the orientation of the caps and the inlet outlet tubes. The two guide pins on
the blocks must match up as well as the tubing. Remove the four screws securing
the inlet and outlet end caps.
