–  Put the pieces of fish on the dehydration grid (3) and dry 

until the juice stops dripping.

–  Keep  the  prepared  fish  in  the  fridge  for  no  longer  than 

3 months.

Drying of cooked fish or meat

–  Boil the fish or meat before cooking. Remove the fat, cut 

into cubes. 

–  Dry until ready.

–  Keep in hermetic package at room temperature no lon-

ger than 2 weeks, in the fridge – no longer than 3 months.

STORAGE OF FOOD

–  Proper package prolongs storage life of dried food.

–  Let the food products cool down completely after drying, 

then pack them into hermetic plastic packages. For the 

best result keep the food in vacuum packages.

–  Mark the containers or packages for dried food with the 

name of the product and sign the date of drying.

–  To prevent the food spoiling, regularly check the packages 

for moisture. If there is moisture, dry the products again.

–  Keep the products in a dark cool place. Optimal storage 

temperature for dried food products should not exceed 

15°С. Keep the dried food in the fridge or freezer.

–  Compared  to  vegetables  fruit  contain  more  sugar  and 

acid  so  they  are  more  suitable  for  drying  and  storage. 

Check the dried fruit regularly.

–  Keep  dried  fruit,  vegetables,  greens,  medicinal  herbs, 

nuts  and  baked  breads  in  the  fridge/freezer  for  no  lon-

ger than 1 year.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

–  Switch the unit off, unplug it and let the unit cool down.

–  For  quick  and  easy  cleaning  of  the  tray  (7)  and  grids 

(3,  4)  after  use,  we  recommend  soaking  them  in  warm 

soapy water.

Note: The dehydration grids and trays can also be washed 

in the dishwasher.

–  Clean  the  inside  of  the  dehydrator  chamber  with  a 

slightly  damp  cloth  and  wipe  it  dry.  Use  detergent  if 

necessary.

–  Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents to clean the body 

(2), tray (7) and grids (3, 4).

–  Wipe  the  dehydrator  body  (2)  with  a  slightly  damp  soft 

cloth and then wipe it dry.

–  Do not immerse the unit body (1) into water or other liq-

uids. Provide that water does not get into the ventilation 

openings of the unit body (1).

STORAGE 
–  Before taking the unit away for storage, unplug it and let 

the unit cool down completely. 

–  Clean  the  unit.  Wash  all  removable  parts  (3,  4,  7)  with 

warm water and neutral detergent and dry them.

–  Do not leave, use and keep the unit in places with the tem-

perature below 0°C. 

–  Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children 

and disabled persons.

TRANSPORTATION

–  Keep  the  original  packaging  of  the  dehydrator  for  safe 

transportation.

–  Transportation  of  units  should  exclude  the  possibility 

of  direct  exposure  to  precipitation  and  aggressive  envi-

ronments.
