GYMTOP® USB PROFESSIONAL 20143, KH 2.10

Exercise 11 / Exercise 12: these labyrinths are particularly demanding on your co-ordination
skills.

Exercise 13 / Exercise 14: these differ fundamentally from the other exercises.  The circle
indicates the current inclination of the SENSAGO™.  You can hide the display by pressing the

b

key in exercise 13.  The goal of exercise 14 is to follow the arrows as quickly as possible to

the corners and back to the centre.  If completed three times, results may be easier to evaluate
than single attempts.

Exercise Evaluation

Take care to choose an appropriate exercise and
difficulty level according to the needs of your
client.

The exercise duration indicates the training time
(HH:MM:SS).  The score is exercise specific – it
depends on the exercise and the difficulty.  The
evaluation summarises all relevant information in
text form.

The graphic shows how long the ball was in a
certain place.  Blue areas indicate a low time
period: red areas indicate a high time period –
ideally the centre of each path would be red.

The diagrams left/right and front/back show the
deflection of SENSAGO™ during the exercise.
