Exercise 7: very accurate movements are required as the track is very narrow. The further you
come to the centre, the faster you must change direction.
Exercise 8 / Exercise 9: Follow the confined curves, avoiding the edges. The figure of 8
requires leaning forwards and backwards. Exercise 9 requires leaning to the sides.
Exercise 10 – Basketball: roll the ball as often as possible into the box indicated by the arrow.
It’s up to you how you get to the box.
