6. Important advice on driving and usage
GB
Starting off
Let the engine run for approx. 3 minutes before starting to drive.
While applying the rear brake, grasp the right handle and
push the motorcycle slowly off the main stand. Adjust the mirrors.
Watch the traffic, use the correct turning signal and turn the throttle grip
slowly. Remember to turn off the turning signal after use.
Acceleration
The speed can be adjusted by opening and closing the throttle grip.
Turning it toward you increases the speed, turning it away from you
decreases the speed.
Braking
Close the throttle grip completely slowly and apply the rear and front
brakes.
WARNING!
Avoid sudden hard brake manoeuvres - there is danger of accidents!
Please take into account, that the brakes are less effective on slippery
ground and that it is necessary to adapt your driving speed to the ground
characteristics.
Parking
To park the motorcycle, stop the engine, turn off the ignition switch and
remove the key.
Gear shifting
(e.g. for model CRS Supermoto):
With foot gear lever you may shift between gears 1 to 5 and N (neutral).
The lever will return automatically to the original position after a shifting
process.
