CALibration:DATA
is used for writing a calibration data set in the flash memory of the sensor.
The query yields the calibration data set currently stored in the flash memory as a
definite length block
.
CALibration:DATA:LENGth?
CALibration:DATA:LENGth?
yields the length in bytes of the calibration data set currently stored in the
flash memory. Programs that read out the calibration data set can use this information to determine the
capacity of the buffer memory required.
CALibration:TEST?
The thermal sensors are equipped with an additional test heater on the thermoelectric transducer that
can be fed from a stable DC voltage source inside the sensor. This allows users to test the functionality
and stability of the entire signal processing chain.
