Listen to your messages from your email inbox:
Here is a sample of the email you will receive in your inbox
when someone leaves a Voicemail on your home phone. It
contains the information below and will have an attached
audio fi le that you can download and play.
Forget dialing in to retrieve Voicemail messages. Get notifi ed and listen to your Voicemail messages through
email with Online-Voicemail. This feature is included in your Voicemail service. There is no additional charge for
Online-Voicemail.
Receive an email notifi cation with the Voicemail message attached. Manage your Voicemail like email – view, listen, and
forward online, from anywhere.

To sign up for Online-Voicemail:
1.
Visit
rogers.com/onlinevoicemail
2.
Enter your Rogers Home Phone number and your
Voicemail password (the same password used to
access your voicemail
from your home phone).
3.
Select the
Voicemail Settings
tab.
4.
Click on
Email Address
in the left-hand menu.
5.
Click
Add
beside one of the email address fi elds.
6.
Enter your email address, and click
Submit
.
7.
It will be set up immediately.
Login to your Online-Voicemail Inbox and manage
your messages online.
From any Internet connection:
1.
Click on the link in the email or visit
rogers.com/onlinevoicemai
l
2.
Enter your 10-digit telephone number and Voicemail
password (same password used to access your messages
over the phone).
Once logged in, you can:
•
View, listen to, delete and forward Voicemail messages
•
Change your personal greeting
•
Record and send a Voicemail message
•
Change your Voicemail password
•
Change the email address to which your Voicemail
messages are sent

Home & Away Voicemail – Duo-Access
Save time and combine all your Voicemail into one box. With Duo-Access, you can share your Voicemail box between your
Rogers Home Phone and Rogers Wireless phone or between two Rogers Home Phone numbers.

Customers must select one email address to receive messages per voicemail box. Can receive audio fi le voicemail messages on any .WAV-enabled device. Standard data charges apply when downloading messages.

Home Phone customers may share voicemail box with one pre-paid wireless or Home Phone number billed from same account as Home Phone service. Standard per-minute and other wireless charges apply.
Did You Know:
•
If you have activated Duo-Access, you will be notifi ed on both your Home Phone and Wireless Phone that you have a
new Voicemail message.
•
If you also have Online-Voicemail activated, you will receive Voicemail messages for your shared Voicemail box through email.
