12.4 Changing the Battery

Never remove the meter battery unless authorised by Roche.
Contact Roche before attempting to replace the battery. The
rechargeable battery has a limited number of charge cycles. If
you notice that the meter must be charged more often than it did
when it was new, you may need to change the battery. The meter
requires a custom rechargeable battery provided by Roche.
Contact Roche to get a replacement battery and then follow the
steps in this section.
