Once the temperature is set, within 5 seconds it will start
to increase from room temperature to the temperature
required. Once the set temperature is reached, the fryer
will beep.
The automatic safety switch ensures that the unit will not
operate unless the control box has been inserted correctly
into the stainless steel base.
Press once to switch the fryer on.
Press a second time to switch the fryer off.
Press the temperature switch “ ” to select a
temperature from :130° C - 190° C
On/Off light
On the right-hand-side, this screen displays the remaining
cooking time, and on the left the temperature of the oil
130° C - 190° C. The light will flash until the set tempera-
ture is reached.
130° C - 190° C Light indicator will twinkle
E0: Temperature sensor is not connected
E1: Short circuit of temperature sensor
Setting cooking time
Press the cooking time button “ ” to select a
cooking time from 1 min to 30 mins.
