BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
HOW TO USE
PRE-HEATING
REFERENCE MENU
•Remove the fryer from the packaging.
•Open the lid .
•Remove all accessories and printed documents from the
basket.
•Take out the basket.
•Take out the control box(with heater).
•Clean the lid ,the breather freely cover, the oil filter mesh,
the basket, the bowl, the main body with hot water, a little
dishwashing liquid and a sponge or put this part into the
dishwashing to clean.
•Clean the heater with hot water, Never immerse the control
box in water. Dry thoroughly.
Make sure the pot is correctly positioned
Fill pot with oil. The oil level must be maintained between the
minimum and maximum level marks indicated on the inside
of the bowl. Check the level before each use and add oil if
necessary.
For healthier, crispier fried foods, we recommend the use of
blend vegetable oil, pure corn .
During the first use the fryer may give off a slight odor. This is
normal and due to the newness of the product.
Always check, before each use that the oil level between the
MIN and MAX lines on the inside of the pot.
The frying time given in this chart is only for reference.

WARNING:
for your safety, do not use your fryer
under wall cupboards and keep away from
curtains and similar fittings. Never leave
the appliance unattended while in use. This
appliance is not used by children.
AT THE END OF THE COOKING TIME:
*Put the control box on the body.
*Add oil into the pot, make oil level between the MINIMUM and
MAXIMUM lines on the inside of the pot.
*Cover the lid.
* Plug the plug into outlet . Press Power switch .
LCD display is on, right side display temperature, left side dis-
play time. Your deep fryer is working at this time, you can select
the time and temperature you need.
Temperature selection: Program in the cooking time using the
temperature switches: “ ”to select temperature,
Temperature on the screen display as 130°C - 150°C - 170°C -
190°C - 130°C, one press one selection, and repeat in cycle.
Note: the digital will blink when press any key.
*Time selection: Press “ ” on the panel to set time, one
press add one minute, continue press add 1 minutes, longest
time setting 30 minutes.
Note :
1.You can change time and temperature setting during
pre-heating
2.Press Power switch to cut off power in any time.
*Warning: Max capacity for chip is 600g, oil will come out if
more than 600g.
* If you want another cycle, just press Power switch .
Warning: do not touch any metal parts of the fryer as they may
be hot. Always use the basket to fry foods.
•Lift the basket slowly up and out of the oil and place the
basket on the support at the base of the basket handle to allow
excess oil to drain from the food.
•Let the food drain for a minute, remove basket and turn food
out onto a paper towel-lined baking sheet to allow any remai-
ning oil to drain away.
•For best results, if you are frying more than one load, you will
want to give the oil a chance to heat up to the proper tempera-
ture before placing another load into the fryer
•Always unplug the deep fryer when you have finished frying.
•Let the fryer cool completely (1 or 2 hours) before storing or
cleaning.
•Never carry or move the deep fryer with hot inside.
Note:Do not use the fryer without the pot,
without oil or equivalent substance or with
an insufficient level(pot the minimum level).
Always unplug the fryer when not in use.
FILTERING AND CHANGING THE OIL:
•Make sure the fryer is unplugged and the oil has cooled down
before cleaning or storing your fryer.
•The oil does not need to be changed after each use. On ave
-
rage, oil can be used for 8 to 12 fryers. You will need to change
it more often when frying fish or heavily battered foods.
•We recommend filtering the oil if you see any food debris left
in the oil or on the bottom of the non-stick pot. You can do this
as follow:
•Remove the basket. Carefully pour the oil into another large
pot or saucepan (minimum 6L).
