Second Limit Thermostat
7.8.1
Remove the mounting nut securing the thermostat to the heater side.
7.8.2
Open the control compartment cover to gain access to the body of the thermostat and its electrical
connections.
Remove the access panel in the inlet duct to gain access to the capillary tube and sensing element.
Disconnect the push-on electrical connections from the thermostat.
7.8.3
Carefully pull the capillary sensing probe through its access hole in the side of the heater heat exchanger
being careful not to damage the capillary tube.
7.8.4
To refit a thermostat, first carefully straighten the capillary tube, it is important not to kink or crack
it. Proceed to replace by reversing the above procedure ensuring that the sensing bulb at the end of
the capillary tube is positioned against the base of the heat exchanger
Secure the capillary tube re -using the metal bracket from the original one.

Filters
The filters are replaced by removing the filter access panel at the inlet end of the DUALAIR™ unit and
sliding out the old filters from the support frame.
Carefully note the order of the filters as there are vertical supports for the joints between filter panels.
Replace the filters with new ones of the correct specification as in the data table section 2.
Replace the filter section cover and ensure that the fixing screws are secure.
Note: it is good practice to clean the surface of the cooling coil with a soft brush and vacuum cleaner
during filter replacement.
