What to do if a theft occurs
If you get an alert by SMS text message and/or email immediately check that a theft has occurred,
either by logging into your Trac‐It portal or by physically checking its location. If a theft has occurred,
please contact your local Police immediately and obtain a Crime Reference Number and/or Incident
Number. If the Security Response Call Centre has not already been in contact, call them on the
number provided. You will need to give them the Crime Reference Number or Incident Number at
which stage they will contact and work with the authorities in recovering the stolen item. The security
Response Call Centre is a 24 hour call centre that will respond to any alerts and work with the
authorities to recover stolen items fitted with Trac‐It
Please note: please do not contact Road Angel Group as we do not offer any recovery services. Road
Angel Group will also not be held liable for any item fitted with Trac‐It that is stolen. Please refer to
our terms and conditions for more details.
