CAUTION!
Risk of crushing and impacts as a result of the
profiles falling or coming loose (outer, middle,
inner profile)!
If subjected to a tensile load, the profiles of the lifting
columns may become detached from one another, and
cause injuries.
–
Secure the profiles to prevent them from coming
loose, e.g. using additional bars or chains.
–
Never install or operate the lifting column above
the head.
–
Never expose the lifting column to impulse forces
and/or impact stresses.
WARNING!
Risk of injury as a result of a loss of stability!
In the event of a loss of stability due to an unsuitable
substrate, the lifting column may be caused to topple
over by forces from the side or missing safeguards.
This can lead to injuries and property damage.
–
Only ever fasten the lifting column to an even sub-
strate with sufficient load bearing capacity.
–
Screw the lifting column to the substrate properly.
2.3.4 Property damage
NOTICE!
Property damage as a result of electrostatic
discharges!
If the overall system is to be used in the electronics
and semiconductor manufacturing industry, electro-
static discharges (ESD) can impair the function of
components being assembled, or even destroy them.
–
Make sure that a conductive connection (e.g.
through ESD-compatible assembly plates and foot
versions or PA slot stones) is guaranteed between
all components when integrating the lifting column
into an overall system.
