Also in RT thermal cookers it is possible to
make some regulations of the plinth.
On RT 80 and RP 110 it is possible to regulate
some levelling pins but not the recess of
the plinth itself. On RT 60, RT 90 and RT
100 models it is possible to regulate both
the levelling pins and the plinth recess. We
suggest to make this regulations before the
hydraulic connections, possibly tilting the
thermal cooker to make it lay on the rear
part leaving free access to the lower part.
We suggest to use convenient materials to
avoid damages.
To regulate the pins you can use the hex key
provided together with the thermal cooker.
The pins have limited excursion and are
made for fine regulations. If it is necessary,
you can use some linings under the plinth.
It is possible to regulate the plinth recess as
to the thermal cooker’s front. To make this
you have to remove the wood-box and then
you have to release the bolts that that fix
the plinth to the thermal cooker, the bolts
are screwed vertically from low to up. Then
extract the wood box as to the new position
you want and then screw again the bolts. To
make this it is necessary an hexagonal key.
You have to pay attention not to remove
completely the bolts, you can just release
them according to all that is necessary.
WARNING!
During the installation and during the use pay attention not to
obstruct the air flow holes located in the plinth, this can compromise the
isolation and the correct working of the thermal cooker.
2.14 REGULATION OF THE PLINTH
Picture 15 - Regulation of the height of the cooker and of the plinth’s recess as to the cooker’s body by the leveller pins.
The refractory mortar used for the internal
walling contains always a little moisture that
is eliminated after the first periods of use: so
it is normal that the first times you light the
thermal cooker a little condensation is being
generated. All the refractory materials inside
the thermal cooker experience a settlement
process that may generate small holes on the
bricks, such holes do not preclude anyway
the working of the thermal cooker. Other
settlements may involve other parts of the
thermal cooker so during the heating and
cooling phases you might hear light noises.
These symptoms do not absolutely preclude
the use of the thermal cooker and fading
out till disappearance with the constant use
of the thermal cooker.
