SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS
OPERATION OF THE DUAL-DOK MESSAGE
CENTER
In any troubleshooting situation, the DUAL-DOK
Message Center’s function keys provide the following
PLC input/output status information. This information
should be used along with the PLC Input/Output
Translation Chart and the DUAL-DOK system Fault
Codes Section.
Example: Message Center reads “E0202 OFF” Indicates
that the platform is not at dock height.
Function Key Descriptions
Main PLC Inputs
- Displays the status of control box
PLC inputs.
Main PLC Outputs
- Displays the status of control box
PLC outputs.
Faults
- Displays the last five faults in a numbered
code form.
NOTE:
Number codes on left are more recent that number
codes on the right (i.e., “4 2 5 2 6” in which fault
code “4” is the most recent fault code recognized by
the PLC). Verify these numbers with the DUAL-DOK
system Fault Listing Section or the decal located
inside the control box door.
Display Reset
- Resets the display screen.
