PIVOT BLOCK INSTALLATION
1. Weld a piece of scrap metal, approximately 6” long,
to the top of each pivot block. See Figure 15A.
2.
Verify that the rear pins are retracted.
3.
Place the pivot blocks in the corners at the rear of
the pit. Align the hinge pins with the pivot block
holes according to Figure 15C.
4.
Extend the pins into the pivot blocks, press and
release the Leveler RAISE button.
5.
Turn power off and lockout/tagout the control box.
6.
Center the pivot blocks and tack weld the blocks
into place. Remove the pieces of scrap metal.
7.
Turn power on.
8.
With the DUAL-DOK system in the Lift Mode, lower
the unit about 12” and then return to dock height.

The rear pivot pins will engage automatically
if the DUAL-DOK system is not operated for 5
minutes. Obstructing the pins could damage
equipment or result in personal injury. Pressing
the Lift UP button will reset the timer for an
additional 5 minutes.
