Useful Functions
Printing the Sorted Originals
[Program]

Types of [Program]
[Single Page Mode]:
You can set the number of copies to be printed from a
single original for each “set”.
The “sets” can be organized into a “group”.
It is possible to set up to 9999 copies × 99 sets × 150
groups.
For the details and setting procedure of each func-
tion, see the pages that are specified as a refer-
ence.
You can separate and sort the printed paper by a
specified number of sheets.
You can use the paper placed on the paper feed
tray as slip sheets for sorting printed papers.
You can sort the printed paper. (The optional Job
Separator is required.)
You can register a set of required settings.
You can prevent unintended printing of data that is
received from the computer.
[Idling Action] (
When the print drum (cylinder) has not been used
for a long time, you can reduce blurring of ink at the
beginning of printing.
You can discard the master that has already been
used.
[My Direct Access] (
You can select functions to be registered to the
Direct Access Area for each user.
You can check the accumulated results for the
count of master making processes and the number
of copies that have been printed.
You can output the total results for the count of mas-
ter making processes and the number of printed
copies.
You can send the operation history of this machine
to e-mail addresses that have been specified in
advance.
[Editor]
This function scans paper originals, then edits the
scanned originals and separates the colors.
For more information, see the user's guide for the
RISO Editor.
You can separate the number of copies to be
printed for each set or each original.
As the printing process stops for a few seconds
after printing the specified number of copies (for
each set or each original), you can sort the printed
paper.

You cannot use this function with [Auto
Page Renewal] (

This function is useful when it is used with
[Slip sheet sorting] (
printed paper is sorted according to each
specified separation with a slip sheet.

This function is useful when it is used with
[Job Separation] (
115), because printed
paper is sorted according to each speci-
fied separation with a tape. The optional
Job Separator is required to use [Job Sep-
aration].
