Precautions on the Handling of the Machine

Do not open the Screen Making Unit Cover or move
the machine d
u ring operation.

Gently open or clo s e the Screen Making Unit Cover
and the Imaged Screen Tray.

Do not place heavy object s on the machine. The

Storing the Screen Master

Properly s tore the s creen ma s ter. Avoid s toring it in
the following place s .
• Location s with expo su re to direct su n-
light and bright location s su ch a s that
clo s e to window s (if su ch location s are
u navoidable, s hield window s with c u r-
tain s or the like)
• Location s su bject to su dden temperat u re change s
• Hot and h u mid location s or cold and dry location s
How to Produce an Imaged Screen from
Original Data other than of Standard Size
To s pecify an original s ize other than the s tandard s ize,
be su re to regi s ter the original s ize other than the s tan-
dard s ize s et for the dedicated printer driver in advance.

The Image Area
The relation s hip between the direction of the original data
created on the comp u ter and the direction of the original
data tran s ferred onto a s creen i s a s follow s .
Precautions on Use
Do not turn off the POWER or disconnect the
power plug during operation.
For screen making, a Screen Master with the
same length as the used frame is used.
The original data is to be placed in the center of the
frame used regardless of the size when it was created.
