Combustion Fan
- Ensure combustion fan spins freely.
- Inspect fan motor wiring harness for broken, damaged and loose connectors
- Measure resistance value of fan motor, see electrical diagnostics for values.
- Inspect vent system intake and exhaust for blockage or ice build-up in termination
- Replace fan motor

Pump error (internal pump)
- Ensure Cross Over Valve (COV) plug was installed for COV installation.
- Check both water filters on unit for blockage, (1) for water inlet & (1) for circulation
mode.
- Ensure internal pump check valve is functioning properly
- Check circulation pump wiring harness for loose, damage or broken connections.
- Ensure all manual valves installed in circulation line are open
- Ensure water flow servo valve did not fail in the closed position.
- Ensure parameters are properly set for the type circulation mode being used,
(Cross Over or dedicated mode). See owner’s manual for details.

Water Flow Control
- Measure resistance values of the water flow control (See Electrical Diagnostics)
- The water flow control valve has failed to close during the bath fill function.
immediately turn off the water and discontinue the bath fill function.

P.C. Board
–
Check all wiring harnesses connections on the P.C. board and at each component
in the water heater for loose, damaged or broken connections.

Replace the P.C. board.

Gas Solenoid Valve Fault
-
Ensure the ONLY dip switch on PC board is in the “OFF” position.
- Ensure gas control valve wiring is not damaged, loose or broken.
- Ensure ceramic heater circuit is not grounded or shorted out.
- Replace PC Board.

Flame Rod
- Inspect flame rod wiring for loose, damage or broken connectors
- Verify heat exchanger is not leaking
- Replace flame rod
- Replace PC Board.
