You return to the
Calendar
screen where the appointment is no
longer in the list.
To delete multiple appointment entries
You can delete more than one appointment at a time.
1.
In Agenda view of the
Calendar
screen, scroll to a date field.
2.
With the date field highlighted, click the trackwheel to view
the menu. Scroll to and click
Delete Prior.
3.
The following dialog box appears. Click
Yes
to delete all
appointments prior to that date.
You return to the
Calendar
screen and you can see that the
appointments have been removed from the list.
