Cleaning flue gas paths
The flues are lateral the combustion chamber�
Open the decorative glass door by pushing the button on the display
before you unplug the stove from the power supply�
Remove the cover by simply lifting�
Loosen the wing nut on the lid of the cleaning opening, tilting the
eyescrew sidewards�
Open the lid as far as the stop�
Note
Please pay attention to your fingers! They could be damaged by
the lid falling down�
Remove the horizontal, upper and vertical deflection plate�
Now clean the flues and baffles with the supplied brush� Vacuum the
combustion residues with a vacuum cleaner�
Unscrew the two wing screws under the ash door and remove the
outer cleaning lid�
Vacuum the combustion residues off the flue gas collecting duct,
especially the areas to the side flues�
Unscrew the 2 wing nuts on the rear cleaning lid and remove the
same�
Thoroughly vacuum the combustion residues off the flue gas
chamber�
Install the removed parts in reverse order again�
Then carefully place the convection fins in the supposed recess and
press down firmly with your hand until the cover locks into place�
Note
Your stove may suck in false air via incorrectly sealed cleaning
covers; this air may lead to incomplete combustion in the fire
trough and thus piling up of pellets� DANGER of FIRE!
To ensure the proper operation of your pellet stove, replace the
defect (porous, frayed) seals after cleaning and maintenance�
