Execute button.
This procedure is to prevent the direct beam from entering the detector by
moving the current angle.

check box is checked, uncheck it.

Theta/2-theta scan conditions
checkbox.

Set DS=1.25°, SS=Absorber (Cu plate 0.3 mm x 1 or 2 plates), and
RS=OPEN. Enter 0° as Theta/2-theta position (deg).

Click the
Execute
button.
The correction value is registered in the MiniFlex Guidance
automatically after the measurement is completed.

Center Correction Clear
checkbox is selected, uncheck the
checkbox

Install the beam stop. If the retracting screw is mounted on the
variable knife edge, remove it. Fill the 0.5-mm glass sample plate with
angle reference material (NIST, SRM-640d) and set it on the sample
holder.

Check the
Theta/2-theta scan conditions
checkbox.

Set DS=1.25° and SS=RS=OPEN.
When the incident and receiving Soller slits are 5°, enter 47.25°in the
Theta/2-theta position (deg)
box. When the incident and receiving
Soller slits are 2.5°, enter 47.26°in the
Theta/2-theta position (deg)
box.
