IRREGULARITIES DURING OPERATION
Burner starts with an
ignition delay.
Ignitioner is wrongly positioned.
Adjust properly as indicated herein.
Air output is too high.
Set the air output according to the
instructions of this manual.
Valve brake not open enough, with
insufficient gas allowed through.
Set correctly.
The burner does not
pass through the pre-
purging and locks out.
Flame is detected.
Faulty valve: replace.
Malfunction is the motor control
card.
In case of lack of motor rotation signal,
check the connection to the controlbox;
If the motor rotation signal is present be-
fore the heat request check the motor
card unit.
Air loss due to obstruction in the
suction line circuit.
Remove the obstruction.

Valve lets too little gas through.
Check mains pressure and/or adjust
the valve as indicated in this manual.
The valve is faulty.
Replace.
Probe has ground fault.
Check right position and, if necessary,
adjust as indicated herein.
Clean or replace ionisation probe.
Flame disappears four times.

connection.
Replace the motor card unit.
