General characteristics of the RTT boiler
The RTT 29-79 boilers are forced draught heat generators,
composed of cast iron elements, whose power ranges from 29.1
a 78.5 kW with an adequate connection to the burner and they
operate with gas or liquid fuel, available in 6 different models.
The maximum operating pressure of the RTT 29-79 boilers is 4 bar
and the maximum operating temperature is 90°C.
In the RTT 29-79 boilers, the surfaces for heat transmission have
been expanded by special fins in the combustion chamber and
in the pipe discharging towards the flue. This increases the
capacity of the cast iron boiler to transmit heat to the maximum.
The RTT 29-79 boilers are composed of cast iron elements. The
6 available outputs increase as the number of elements in the
boiler increases.
The RTT 29-79 boilers are made of EN GJL 200, a special alloy that
resists expansion and temperature variations, which ensures a
long working life.
Thanks to the vertical structures that have been specially
designed with three flue passes, the exhaust gases pass three
times inside the boiler, obtaining a high level of transmission
of the heat produced by the combustion to the water present in
the sections.
The RTT 29-79 boilers are high yield heat generators thanks to
a calorific power of the fuel between 91-93%. A similar level of
efficiency and their optimal isolation provide a greater amount
of energy from less fuel consumption. With the RTT 29-79 boilers,
leaks are reduced to a minimum.
Thanks to its combustion chamber, to an extensive surface for
transmitting heat, to the presence of turbulators, a manifold
and appropriate insulation, excellent results are attained in
terms of high levels of heat transmission and the optimisation
of the combustion gas emissions.
