Test boiler
The firing rates were obtained in special test boilers, according to
EN 267 regulations.
Fig. 4 indicates the diameter and length of the test combustion
chamber.
Example:
delivery 25 kg/hour: diameter = 50 cm; length = 1 m.
Whenever the burner is operated in a much smaller commercial-
ly- available combustion chamber, a preliminary test should be
performed.
WARNING
The combustion head should be adjusted in rela-
tion to the equivalent output Qe.
