DIGITAL CONTROL BOX MO550 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
CONNECTION ASSEMBLY MODIFICATION
To modify, proceed as follows:
®
Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the burner
cover.
®
Disconnect all components, the 7-pin plug, the H.T.
lead and earth connection.
®
Remove the control box from the burner by undoing
the screw (
A
, fig. 3, page 1).
®
Eliminate the delaying device and the connection
cables (fig. 5).
IMPORTANT: The delaying device must not be used
with the new MO550 control box.
®
Install the new
MO550
control box, fastening it to the burner by means of the screw (
A
, fig. 3, page 1) with a
tightening torque of 1
÷
to 1.2 Nm.
®
Connect the 1st stage coil connection directly to the control box in position (
V1
, fig. 2 page 1).
IMPORTANT:
- If the 1st stage coil is of the socket-plug outlet type, use the connection supplied (fig. 6).
- If the 1st stage coil is the faston outlet type, use the connection supplied (fig. 7).
