HYDRAULIKANSCHL†SSE (B)

-

Bevor Sie den Brenner in Betrieb neh-
men, vergewissern Sie sich, ob die RŸck-
laußeitung zum Tank frei ist. Eventuelle
Hindernisse wŸrden zur BeschŠdigung
des Dichtungsorgans an der Pumpen-
welle fŸhren.

 (Die Pumpe wird mit ver-

schlossenem By-pass ausgeliefert).

-

Damit sich die Pumpe selbst einschalten
kann, mu§ die Schraube 2)(A) gelockert wer-
den , so da§ der Ansaugschlauch entlŸftet
wird.

PUMPENEINSTELLUNG

25 - 30 bar. Nicht unter 25 bar heruntergehen.

DREHUNG DES GEBL€SEMOTORS (C)

Den Drehsinn des GeblŠses ŸberprŸfen, indem
nach Entfernung des Brennerdeckels zwischen
den zwei SchalldŠmmungen durchgeschaut
wird (Rechtsdrehung, wie vom Pfeil angege-
ben).
Den Brenner zŸnden und mit der Notstoptaste
14)(A) Seite 10anhalten, sobald das GeblŠse
startet.

HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS (B)

The pumps are equipped with a by-pass that
connects return line and suction line. The
pumps are installed on the burner with the by-
pass closed by screw 7)(A).
It is therefore necessary to connect both hoses
to the pump.
The pump will break immediately if it is run with
the return line closed and the by-pass screw
inserted.
Remove the plugs from the suction and return
connections of the pump.
Screw hoses in place with the standard equip-
ment connectors.
Take care that the hoses are not stretched or
twisted during installation.
Install the hoses where they cannot be stepped
on or come into contact with hot surfaces of the
boiler and where they do not hamper the open-
ing of the burner.
Now connect the other end of the hoses to the
suction and return lines.

ROTATION OF PUMP MOTOR

After having made the electrical connections,
make sure that the rotation direction of the
pump corresponds to the arrow stamped on the
cover. This operation is carried out by pressing
the starter push button 6) (A) page. 10.

PUMP PRIMING

-

Before starting the burner, make sure that
the tank return line is not clogged.
Obstructions in the line could cause the
sealing organ located on the pump shaft
to break.

(The pump leaves the factory with

the by-pass closed).

-

For self-priming to take place, the screws
2)(A) of the pump must be loosened in order
to bleed off the air contained in the suction
line.

PUMP ADJUSTMENT

No settings are required for the pump, which is
set to 25 bar by the manufacturer. This pressure
must be checked and adjusted (if required) after
the burner has been ignited.
Recommended pulverisation pressure:
25 - 30 bar. Do not go below 25 bar.

ROTATION OF FAN MOTOR (C)

After removing the cover of the burner, verify the
rotation direction of the fan, checking (between
the two soundproofing materials) the clockwise
rotation as indicated by the arrow.
Start the burner and, as soon as the fan begins
operating stop it with the emergency push but-
ton. 14)(A) page 10.

RACCORDEMENTS HYDRAULIQUES (B)

vis 7)(A).

6)(A) page 10.

AMOR‚AGE POMPE

-
