ABMESSUNGEN (A)

Die Brennerabmessungen sind in der Abb. (A)
angefŸhrt.
Zur Inspektion des Flammkopfes mu§ der Bren-
ner gešffnet werden, indem der hintere Teil auf
dem Scharnier gedreht wird.
Der Raumbedarf des offenen Brenners ist mit

den Ma§en L und R angegeben.

REGELBEREICHE (B)

Die 

H…CHSTLEISTUNG

 wird innerhalb der

schraffierten Zone im Diagramm gewŠhlt.
Die 

MINDESTLEISTUNG

 soll nicht niedriger

sein als die Mindestgrenze des Diagramms:

MB 4 LE = 1070 kW

= 90 kg/h

MB 6 LE = 1186 kW

= 100 kg/h

Achtung: 

der REGELBEREICH wurde bei einer

Raumtemperatur von 20 

°

C, einem barometri-

schen Druck von 1000 mbar (ungefŠhr 100 m
Ÿ.d.M.) und einem wie auf Seite 17 eingestellten
Flammkopf gemessen.

KESSEL

Die Brenner-Kessel Kombination gibt keine Pro-
bleme, falls der Kessel "CE" - typgeprŸft ist und
die Abmessungen seiner Brennkammer sich
den im Diagramm (C) angegebenen nŠhern.
Falls der Brenner dagegen an einem Kessel
angebracht werden mu§, der nicht "CE"-typge-
prŸft ist und/oder mit Abmessungen der Brenn-
kammer, die entschieden kleiner als jene in
Diagramm (C) angegebenen sind, sollten die
Hersteller zu Rate gezogen werden. 

Bevor der oben beschriebene Vorgang
ausgefŸhrt wird, muss die Stange
ausgehŠngt werden, die den Hebel 19)(A)
Seite 8 steuert.
Nach der Inspektion und dem Schlie§en
des Brenners, die Stange wieder am glei-
chen Loch des Hebeln einhŠngen.

Bear in mind that inspection of the combustion
head requires the burner to be opened by rotat-
ing the rear part on the hinge.
The overall dimensions of the burner when open
are indicated by L and R.

MINIMUM OUTPUT

 must not be lower than the

minimum limit shown in the diagram:

Important: 

The FIRING RATE area values have been
obtained considering a surrounding temperature
of 20

°

C, and an atmospheric pressure of 1000

mbar (approx. 100 m above sea level) and with
the combustion head adjusted as shown on
page 17.

BOILERS

The burner/boiler matching does not pose any
problems if the boiler is CE type-approved and
its combustion chamber dimensions are similar
to those indicated in diagram (C).
If the burner must be combined with a boiler that
has not been CE type-approved and/or its com-
bustion chamber dimensions are clearly smaller
than those indicated in diagram (C), consult the
manufacturer. 

Before carrying out the above-mentioned
operation it is necessary to unhook the
slide bar controlling the lever 19) (A) pag. 8.
After inspecting and closing the burner,
re-connect the rod to the same lever
hole.

ENCOMBREMENT (A)

L'accouplement bržleur-chaudi•re ne pose
aucun probl•me si la chaudi•re est homologuŽe
CE et si les dimensions de sa chambre de com-
bustion sont proches de celles indiquŽes dans
le diagramme (C).
Par contre, si le bržleur doit •tre  accouplŽ ˆ une
chaudi•re non homologuŽe CE et/ou avec des
dimensions de la chambre de combustion plus
petites que celles indiquŽes dans le diagramme
(C), consulter le constructeur. 

Avant dÕeffectuer lÕopŽration ci-dessus,
dŽcrocher la tige qui commande le levier
19)(A) page 8.
Apr•s avoir contr™lŽ et refermŽ le brž-
leur, raccrocher la tige au trou du levier.
