Changing the Printing Speed
Use the

key to adjust the
printing speed. The relationship be-
tween printing speed and print quali-
ty depends on the type of paper you
use.

duce the speed.

The following speeds are avail-
able:
• Setting 1 (default):
90 sheets/minute
• Setting 2:
105 sheets/minute
• Setting 3:
120 sheets/minute

The faster the printing speed be-
comes, the lighter the printing
density is, and vice versa.

If you change the print speed
while printing, a print shadow
might appear.
❒
When the machine is used in
low temperature conditions, the
image density might decrease.
In this case, use setting one.
