3.3 ADF SKEW ADJUSTMENT
This adjustment is used for skew that is caused by a mechanical problem in the
ADF. Before you do this adjustment, check if the scanned image has skew in book
mode. If there is skew in book mode, there could be a different cause.
You can move the adjustment plate [A] to adjust the skew.
If the right side of the image is down
1. Move the screw of the adjustment plate from [B] to [C].
2. Move the adjustment plate in the direction of the black arrow.
If the left side of the image is down
1. Move the screw of the adjustment plate from [B] to [C].
2. Move the adjustment plate in the direction of the white arrow.
