2. Development Bias
The high voltage power supply [A] applies different voltages to the
components of the DTM. The applied voltages are:
•
Development roller: -280 V [B] (depending on the user’s print density
selection)
•
Doctor blade: -550 V [C]
•
Lower casing: -287 V [D]
The toner is negatively charged by the friction generated by the toner agitator.
