1.3 Key Descriptions
Powers unit On/Off.
Press to zero the scale.
Also used as enter when setting parameters or other functions.
Tares the current weight from the display and stores it in memory as a tare value. Net
weight is displayed (total weight minus the tare weight).
Also used to increment the active digit when setting a value for parameters or other
functions.

Press keys together in normal weighing mode to turn on/off the animal function. When
animal mode is entered or exited two beeps will sound.
Displays the total accumulated weight in memory.
Also used in setting mode to move active digits right.
Stores the current weight to memory.
Also used in setup mode to move active digits left.

Press keys together to clear the memory.
Press to print to a PC or printer using the optional RS-232 interface.
Also, when pressed during selfchecking, unit will enter setup mode.
Hold for 3 seconds to toggle between gross and net.
Also used as an escape key to return to normal operation when the unit is in the setup
mode.

Press keys together to setup the checkweighing limit.
