Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Prior to calling customer support have the software type and software version number available. These are
displayed briefly when powering on the scale.

Diagnostics Menu
The diagnostic menu (
) is used to troubleshoot scale operation. Use DIV-A or DIV-O to test the functionality
of the load cell.
1. From the diagnostics menu, press DIVA or DIVO.A value is displayed.
2. Add weight onto the scale to see if the counts increase.
