After 3 to 4 of your sharpening of the cutting teeth, have the saw chain sharpened in any authorized
service. They will sharpen the depth limiter as well, which provides the distance D.
6.2- Guide bar
To avoid one-side wear, turn the guide bar after each
sharpening and chain change.
Regularly check whether the guide bar is not damaged.
Remove any possible coating.
On Quick Tension, it is necessary to reposition the quick
tensioning device at the guide bar prior to reversing.
1- Properly clean the bar grooves (see 1 in Fig 26) and the hole
for oil supply (see 2 in Fig 26).
2- Properly clean the hole for lubrication (see 1 in Fig 27) on
the tip of the guide bar (from both sides).
3- Press as much lubrication to the holes using the lubrication
press on both sides until the lubrication runs out on the tops of
the turner equally. Turn the turner at the same time.

6.3- Inner Sprocket Cleaning
After any use of the chainsaw, clean the saw properly.
1- Unscrew the chain wheel cover.
2- Clean the inner interior with the little brush.
3- Remove saw chain and guide bar.
4- Check for cracks and for excessive wear interfering with the chain drive. If the wear is considerable,
replace sprocket with new one.
5- Never fit a new chain on a worn sprocket, or a worn chain on a new sprocket.
6.4- Cleaning
Clean plastic parts with a soft clean cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), or an abrasive sponge nor sharp objects.
Do not put or immerse product in water or any other liquid.
Clean ventilation holes with a soft brush.
6.5- Transport
Warning! Before transporting or moving the chainsaw, switch off the engine,
unplug from power source and fit the chain guard.
- Carry the handle with chain and guide bar pointing to rear.
- The blade and the unit may be damaged if you move the chainsaw carelessly.
- Avoid the blade to hit the ground while holding the chainsaw by the handle
- Firmly tie or latch the chainsaw during transport (e.g.: in a van or a trailer ...) to avoid any risk.
6.6- Storage
Keep product, user manual and accessories in the original packaging
After any use, clean the chainsaw properly.
Never store a chainsaw for longer than 30 days without performing the following procedures:
1- Empty the chain saw oil from the oil tank.
2- Pour some engine oil into it.
3- Allow the engine run for some time to clean the oil leadings and oil pump.
4- Remove the saw chain and guide bar, clean them and sprinkle them with preservative oil.
5- Clean the chain saw properly and store it on a dry place.
Store chainsaw in a clean and dry location. Always lock up product and keep out of reach of children.
