TAIL WHEEL INSTALLATION (FIGURE Asm-R-0076). 

1.  Attach the Gauge Wheel Mount Weldment (1) to the Mainframe with four M14 x 35 Bolts (3), and Nuts (4).
2. Align Tail Wheel Beam Weldment (5) between pivot brackets located behind gearbox mount on the

Mainframe Weldment.  

NOTE

:  Long side of caster fork pivot tube is positioned up.

  Attach the Tail Wheel

Beam Weldment (5) to the Mainframe Weldment with one M16 x 90 Bolt (6), and Nut (7).  Slide Tail Wheel
Beam Weldment (5) into Gauge Wheel Mount Weldment (1) and retain with two M12 x 80 Bolts (8), and
Nuts (9).

3. Insert the Caster Fork Weldment (10) into the Tail Wheel Beam (5) and retain with Flatwasher (11) and

Cotter Pin (12).

4. Tighten all  bolts to the proper torque.
