Transfer Devices
To transfer devices from one organization to another,
follow the next steps:
1. Place the cursor on top of the “Raymote” logo on the
menu.
2. Select the origin organization where the device is
currently in.

3. Select the unit to be transferred.
4. Click on the “…” button on the top right menu and
select “Transfer”. See
Figure 65
.
5. The “Transfer device ownership” window will appear,
type the New Device Owner’s e-mail. Click on
“Continue transfer” when filled. See
Figure 66
.
6. After transfer is complete, a pop-up window will
indicate the unit has been transferred to the new
owner at the desired organization. See
