FIELD-INSTALLED OPTIONS

The safe application and use of the supplied equipment is responsibility of the installer, user, owner
and employer. The application of this equipment can vary greatly. For most applications and use
there are available diversified product models and optional safety accessories. This equipment may
be sold with or without safety accessories. The diversity of applications for this heater precludes the
establishing or warranting the efficacy of safe operating conditions which may result from its’ use.
The installer, user, owner, employer must determine the specific safety requirements. The specific
safety requirements will vary depending on the location and operating procedures. Therefore,
appropriate safety accessories can only be supplied upon receipt of an order specifying them.
Available optional field-installed accessories are described in the following paragraphs . Installation instructions are
shipped with the option package .
Thermostat (Option CL34)
Option CL34 is a 24/120V thermostat that can be used to control one to five units . This thermostat can also be used
to control the exhaust fan circuit .
Thermostat (Option CL82)
Option CL82 is a 24V, two-stage digital thermostat that can be used with option AG2R for automatic control of one
to five units .
Parabolic Reflector (Option DM2)
The addition of option DM2 (see
) increases the infrared intensity pattern while decreasing the scope of
heating coverage . Installation of this option affects clearances and mounting height .
