Before you switch your appliance on, check if the voltage of your energy supplier
meets the values on the model plate.
Do not connect the appliance to the mains if the values of the model plate do not
meet the values of your energy supplier.
If the appliance is not equipped with a plug, you must install a 2-pole plug which
meets all legal requirements with a contact opening of at least 3 mm. The installation
must be performed by an authorized professional.
1. Before you install any carbon filters: switch the appliance off and disconnect it
from the mains.
2. Remove the grease filters.
3. Insert the carbon filters on both sides of the motor (A) and fix them (B).
4. Replace the grease filters.

Do not use a socket board or a multi socket when using 220 V – 240 V/50 Hz
alternating current (AC).All electrical connections which may be damaged
must be repaired by a qualified professional.

An electrical supply of 220-240V AC / 50 Hz is required. Only use a suitable and
properly grounded socket near the appliance.
For your personal safety, the appliance must be grounded. The appliance is equipped
with a 3-phase grounding plug. Use a suitable socket to minimize the risk of an
electric shock.
