Power Saving
”
When opening this parameter, set the desired brightness and confirm with “OK” on
the remote control, the display will be dimmed to your pre-set brightness once the
radio switches to energy savings mode.

Turn On
”
Here, you can set the brightness of the display for normal operation. To accept the
setting, you need to confirm with the button
C9
(OK) after choosing the brightness.

Power Management
”
Here, you can set the energy savings mode. You can choose between the following times: Off, 5,
15 or 30 minutes.

Sleep Timer
”
This menu item configures the sleep timer. If you activate it (a time must be selected), the radio
will switch off automatically after the chosen time. You can choose the following times: 15, 30, 60,
90, 120, 150 or 180 minutes.

Buffer
”
You can choose an interim storage buffer for the radio stations of 2, 4 or 8 seconds here.

Weather
”

Show on Standby
”
Here, you can select if the weather display is to be shown in standby. If you activate
the function, the display will switch between time and weather display.

Temperature Unit
”
Here, you can switch the temperature display between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit
(°F).

Set Location
”
Select the town for which you want to display weather data in standby. First select
the desired continent, then the country and last the town. To add this to the display,
push the button

(OK) or
C8
(arrow to the right) while the weather for the current
town is displayed. Then confirm again with the
C9
button (OK).

FM Setup

Here, you can choose between the settings “Set Mono” and “Set Stereo”.

Area
”
This menu item changes the country setting. The right selection “Other Area” should
already have been made, however.
