• The right function button (9) deletes the last number entered.
• Enter the desired phone number with the numeric keys (5) or correct it.
If you want to enter a pause when dialling the number (this may be required for a switchboard to
wait for a trunk line), push the button „
“ (11). Instead of a number, the letter „P“ appears.
If the number is later dialled form the phone book, the mobile unit will pause briefly here.
• When you have corrected the number, push the left function button (1) briefly to confirm.
• Now select a ring tone with the buttons „
“ (2) or „
“ (12) that you link to the phone book entry. The
selected ring tone is played for review. There are 10 different ring tones available in total.
• Save the corrected phone book entry by briefly pushing the left function button (1).
If desired, you can now correct/generate/delete another phone book entry or leave the setup menu
(either repeatedly push the right function button (9) or briefly push the button „
“ (10)).

Delete Individual Phone Book Entry
• Starting in the standby mode, briefly push left function button (1).
• Use the buttons „
“ (2) or „
“ (12) to select the phone book and push the left function button (1)
briefly for confirmation.
• Use the buttons „
“ (2) or „
“ (12) to select the function for deleting a single entry and push the left
function button (1) briefly for confirmation.
• Use the buttons „
“ (2) or „
“ (12) to select the phone book entry you want to delete and push the
left function button (1) briefly for confirmation.
• A safety prompt appears.
To delete the phone book entry, briefly push the left function button (1).
The right function button (9) cancels deletion and the setup menu appears again.
